There is a repair of a section of the Simferopol-Krasnopol-Perepopska Granda Road with a Kherson region with a length of more than 6 km
Krympress reports:
A large -scale update of the road network continues in the Republic of Crimea as part of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”. Particular importance is given to strategically important transport arteries that provide a transit flow between mainland Russia and the peninsula.
For example, the repair of the Simferopol -Krasnoperopsk — border with the Kherson region. This segment with a length of more than 6 kilometers (from 88+000 to 93+820 km) is part of an alternative land route to Crimea, which plays a strategically important role over the past few years.
The road workers are currently performing milling work. Subsequently, a full range of repair and restoration work will be completed, including the application of road markings and the installation of signs.
Over the past three years, due to an increase in the traffic flow associated with the integration of new regions into Russia, the load on this road has increased significantly. Its repair is not just cosmetic work, but a strategically important task aimed at ensuring uninterrupted movement of freight and passenger transport. On this road, trucks delivering goods from the mainland of Russia to the Crimea and vice versa are running daily, as well as numerous tourist buses and cars.
In 2025, in total, within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, it is planned to repair four sections of the Simferopol -Krasnoperekopsk road — the border with the Kherson region, with a total length of more than 30 km.
It should be noted that last year 8 sections of this road with a total length of 63 km were successfully repaired, which demonstrates the dynamics and effectiveness of the implementation of the national project. In addition to the highways, in 2025, in the framework of the “Infrastructure for Life”, local roads that provide transport accessibility of rural settlements were repaired. Among them are the roads leading to the settlements of Voikovo, Krasnogvardeiskoye, Dnipro, luxurious, lime, Kotelnikovo and Krasnoznamen. The work includes the replacement of damaged sections of the road, repairing bridges and overpasses, as well as strengthening the roadsides and improving the drainage system to prevent the destruction of road surface in conditions of bad weather. The use of modern technologies and materials ensures the durability and reliability of renovated areas,-the press service of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Crimea said.
In general, in 2025, within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life” in the Republic of Crimea, it is planned to repair 20 roads with a total length of about 172 kilometers and 6 bridges with a total length of 316 pog.m.
The scale of the project is impressive, given that from 2019 to 2024, more than 1100 km of regional and inter -municipal roads were repaired in the framework of the national project “Safe high -quality roads” in Crimea, which is 18% of the entire road network of the region. This is significant progress in improving the condition of roads, increasing traffic safety and improving transport accessibility for all residents of the peninsula.
Road repair is not only convenience for drivers, but also an important factor in the economic development of the region, since a high -quality road network helps to attract investments and growth of tourism. The work carried out is important for the inhabitants of Crimea and contribute to the development of the transport infrastructure of the peninsula. The technologies and materials used guarantee the durability of the results and compliance with modern quality standards.
