There is a thunderstorm storm on the Crimea — with a large hail and a strong wind

Strong showers with thunderstorms and a large hail are expected in Crimea on Sunday afternoon and on Monday night. On August 3 and 4, a storm warning was announced, the Russian Emergencies Ministry said in the Crimean headquarters.

According to the Crimean Directorate for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, on the afternoon of August 3, on the night of August 4 in the southern, central, eastern regions of Crimea, strong rains, thunderstorms, large city, and squalling wind strengthening are expected 20-25 m/s.— the rescuers warned.

In the Ministry of Emergencies, it was added that in the basins of individual rivers there may be rises of water levels by 0.5 — 1.5 m, there is also a threat of villages.

In such conditions, there is a high probability of accidents at the facilities of energy, housing and communal services, an increase in the number of accidents, flooding of territories is possible.

Also possible incidents in the waters of the Black, Azov Seas and the Kerch Strait. The presence of people in the coastal zone, at the pier and coastal structures is life -threatening, is warned in the Ministry of Emergencies.

Tourists and recreation fans in tents are recommended to transfer it to a more favorable period. You should not be in the immediate vicinity of the river channels, including dry ones.
