There is an acceptance of applications for participation in the regional educational program «Sevastopol — City of Heroes»

From the age of 18, Mikhail Kurtasov served in the Black Sea Fleet.

Like all the boys, he dreamed of becoming an officer, so he graduated from the Faculty of Law in absentia. He decided to continue the service in the investigation. He worked as an investigator in the Tagansky district of the Central Administrative District of the city of Moscow.

First, a special military operation decided to return to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. For health reasons, he was commissioned with the second group of disability. He performed all the tasks of the command of the fleet and the center before the commission.

After participating in his Mikhail Kurtasov, he turned to the personnel service of the governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Podvozhaev, where, having passed the entrance examinations, he was enrolled in the personnel reserve and continued to serve his homeland at the State Civil Service in the Department of Labor and Social Protection of Sevastopol.

Participation in the program for me is a chance to try myself. I am ready to try myself in different directions. At one time, I was the commander of the department, I had an experience of leading people up to 15 people. The main task of the program is the opportunity to get into the managerial personnel reserve and help people. I myself work in the Department of Social Protection, and I really like to help. Veterans of their own and members of their families also contact us. All questions regarding the support of our guys, their wives, mothers, children are very serious. Sevastopol was one of the first regions where a regional educational program was launched for participants in Swa.

The President instructed in all regions to launch an analogue of the federal program “Heroes of Heroes”. We decided to call our program «Sevastopol — the city of heroes.» The main goal is the training of highly qualified management personnel. The program is implemented in conjunction with the ANO “Russia -Country of Opportunities” and the RANEPA, citizens of Russia — participants and veterans who have higher or secondary vocational education can participate in it. We are not limited only to Sevastopol, so participants and veterans of a special military operation from all regions of the country can apply for our educational program, ”said Mikhail Razvozhaev, Governor of Sevastopol.

The stage of registration on the educational program “Sevastopol — City of Heroes” will last until March 31: for this, the participant needs to create a personal account on the platform, fill out the questionnaire and write an essay.
