We don’t want to teach you what to say. You know the truth like no one else. And it is important for us to preserve your truth. Now, already in the rear, in Sevastopol, working with children, participating in a large number of patriotic projects, you are making an invaluable contribution to the education of the younger generation– quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Sergei Bezdolny.

After the ceremonial part of the event, the first classes took place. Irina Avdeeva, director of the Institute for Urban Development of Northern State University and lecturer at the Knowledge Society, spoke about the psychology of working with audiences.

As Anna Glukhova, director of the Znanie branch in Sevastopol, says, SVO participants have something to tell the younger generation, but not all of them know how to work with such an audience. Thanks to the educational project, they will acquire the necessary public speaking skills, which will allow them to attract military veterans and family members to work with young people, and the children will be able to learn directly from the first person about the heroes of our time.

In total, the school will last six weeks. After its completion, veterans of the Northern Military District will give lectures for schoolchildren, students, employees of city-forming enterprises and other city residents. The basis of the lecture material will be a collection of graphic novels “Heroes of Special Operations”, developed by the Russian Society “Knowledge”.
