There is no one to build glamping in Sevastopol Uchkuevka, but people want an arboretum

The tender announced by the Directorate of Protected Areas and Forestry for the design and construction of the Eco Park Proseka glamping in Uchkuevka was declared invalid.

Regardless of the results of public discussions with the residents of the North Side, who oppose the development of glamorous glamping sites in the Uchkuevka Park area, Sevprirodnadzor is persistently promoting the development of the most sought-after and loved by the townspeople natural corners with prefabricated holiday houses with luxury elements. Thus, in May, information was posted on the public procurement website on the search for a contractor for the design, construction and commissioning of the non-capital construction facility Glamping Eco Park Prosekanotes «Sevastopol newspaper».

According to the project documentation, ten Safari Lodge Deluxe glampings are planned to be built in the park area, a non-permanent administrative building with a reception, a photo zone, a warehouse and a room for staff will be erected. It also provides for the arrangement of recreation areas with barbecues and gazebos; glades with a hearth; creation of non-stationary shopping facilities for catering, parking for 50 cars and much more.

The contract provides for 20.5 million rubles of financing for the arrangement of glamping.

As a result of the auction, on June 16, it became known that this purchase was declared invalid due to the fact that only one application was submitted for participation in the tender. The only participant in the competition was Rusatam LLC, registered in Sevastopol. The main activity of the company is to ensure fire safety.
