There should be no repeated appeals from citizens due to unresolved problematic issues — Sergey Aksyonov
CrimeaPRESS reports:
I ask everyone to respond to incoming requests personally, without entrusting or transferring their decisions to other departments or structures. Only a small percentage consists of issues that, for objective reasons, cannot be resolved. And this also needs to be explained to people. It is important to make sure that the complainant understands why their problem cannot be solvedsaid the Head of Crimea.
According to the Head of the Republic, there should be no repeated appeals on the same issues.
If citizens have to address the problem again, I consider it necessary to initiate an internal audit against the responsible officials. Who dealt with the question, why it remained unresolved, why a person was forced to apply a second or third time? At the same time, if local bosses work with complaints daily, then there will be a clear understanding of where and in what areas systemic problems arise, which means they can be prevented or resolved more quickly, – notes the Head of Crimea.
According to information from the First Deputy Head of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Irina Melnikova, about 150 appeals to the Head of the Republic of Crimea are received from citizens per day. Currently, the Simferopol region, the cities of Kerch and Feodosia need to intensify the work on processing applications.
In addition, during the meeting, Sergei Aksyonov set the task of resolving the problem of non-compliance with the public transport schedule as soon as possible. Acting Minister of Transport of the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Mogilevsky explained that the problem is primarily related to the shortage of rolling stock drivers. The majority of complaints are received in Simferopol, and therefore the city administration has decided to provide housing to nonresident drivers.
Among other things, the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Crimea Zakhar Shcheglenko reported on the ongoing work on sanitary cleaning and cleaning of the territories of populated areas. Sergei Aksyonov recalled the importance of optimizing this area of the Ministry’s activities. Over the course of the week, Zakhar Shcheglenko will work out the cleaning situation in Kerch, including the frequency of cleaning, the number of workers and their assignment to certain areas, and overall cost minimization.
A report was also heard on the progress of protocol assignments and performance discipline.
The event was attended by Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk, deputy prime ministers and ministers of the Government of the Republic of Crimea, heads of municipal administrations, and others.
