Life connected Kirill from the city of Saki with a wheelchair after an accident. At first he helped other disabled people, and from the beginning of the SVO — fighters, both personally and financially. For a long time I wanted to bring help to the front line myself, and then I saw the call of ZOV Heart volunteers. A special car for a disabled person, together with volunteers, left in the morning for the Kherson positions on the day when the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station was destroyed.

A stream of water covered us near Alyoshek, we immediately died out. They opened the hatch, shouted for the military, but there was no way to get me out there. I immediately told the girls — leave, and he lit a last cigarette, — Cyril recalls. — Everything went under water, but the girls begged the guys to save me and find a suitable car. And I look in the mirror, a car is just already floating towards me. The fighters somehow broke through, I show them that I can’t do anything, and they shout to me — we know, and just like a carrot from a garden bed into a truck with ammunition, they pulled me out.

The other day, his car with things was rescued from the water, their condition leaves much to be desired. But Kirill is worried about one thing, to return «for the ribbon.» His car is his whole life, without which he is limited in movement from home, he needs to restore documents.

But as Kirill himself says, the main thing for him is to be there and help the fighters! And the Popular Front will help an unusual volunteer with a new car.
