There will be no friendship: investment project for construction of apart-hotel on 1 Maya Street in Alupka terminated
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, informed the residents of Alupka about the order of the Head of the Republic of Crimea, S.V. Aksyonov, to terminate the investment agreement for the construction of an apart-hotel on 1 Maya Street.
The Head of the Republic instructed the Ministry of Economic Development to terminate the investment agreement for the construction of an apart-hotel on 1 Maya Street. People have been against the construction of the building since Ukrainian times, — The head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, reported following an off-site meeting with residents of Alupka.
She also recalled that in February of this year, a 200-meter emergency fence was demolished there, behind which an ancient stone arch of a pre-revolutionary estate was discovered; residents asked to set up a recreation area there, but it turned out that an investment agreement had been concluded for the site.
Today justice has prevailed, the matter has been closed, for which I once again thank the Head of the Republic. And together with the residents we are thinking about the future of this place— emphasized Yanina Pavlenko.
During the visit, the head of the administration inspected the improvement work at Milyutinsky Park — the contractor is on schedule, there are no special complaints or comments.
