Leading online job search platform SuperJob presented a study that identifies the most attractive employers in Russia from the point of view of job seekers.
Employers from Crimea participated in the 2023 study, of which the list of winners included 4 companies from the fields of construction, tobacco products, shipbuilding and ship repair. SuperJob awards the title “Attractive Employer” to companies whose activities meet the following criteria:
The level of remuneration offered in vacancies is not lower than the market average for your city.
No complaints from job seekers about employer vacancies during the period of their publication on the Superjob.ru portal.
No complaints from applicants about the employer’s failure to comply with the terms of the employment agreement within 6 months after employment.
