In 2024, 1,200 objects are included in the list of nationalized property of foreign citizens who support aggression against Russia, and more than 3,500 objects have been included in this list in this list.
Due to the nationalization in 2024, the composition of the property complex of the administrative directorate of the property of the Republic of Crimea was replenished with a number of specific objects, such as product bases, shopping centers, office premises, cinemas — in total about 1000 addresses. All these objects were tenants of property with whom the contracts were either renegotted, or the right of lease was put up for auction.
According to Kulinich, in 2024 a thousand lease agreements were concluded, which is two and a half times higher than 2023. Accordingly, the growth of income from leasing property also increased and amounts to 938 million rubles in 2024, which is 2.5 times more than in 2023.
Rent income also increased as a result of work in court — the ministry sent more than five hundred complaints to unscrupulous tenants. They either did not pay at all for rent, or the amount of payment was significantly lower than the market.
