CrimeaPRESS reports:

An additional 446.9 billion rubles will be allocated to subsidize rates on preferential mortgage programs. The order has already been signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, according to the Cabinet website.

The funds will be used to subsidize preferential rates under the Family Mortgage, Far Eastern and Arctic Mortgage and Preferential Mortgage programs. Money for the preferential mortgage will be allocated from the Cabinet’s reserve fund.

142 billion rubles will be allocated to subsidize family mortgages. This will allow banks to continue issuing preferential loans to families with children at 6% per annum. 35.1 billion rubles will be allocated to the Far Eastern and Arctic mortgage programs. Let us remind you that the preferential rate on such loans does not exceed 2% per annum.

In addition, 269.8 billion rubles will be used to subsidize preferential rates on loans previously issued under the Preferential Mortgage program.
