The head of Sevastopol added that the interaction of the IT cluster with Sevastopol State University is currently being discussed within the framework of the Priority 2030 program. New laboratories are being created at the university so that young people stay in the city and choose professions in the IT sector.

According to the government of Sevastopol, the project to create a technology park in the field of information technology has been implemented in the city since 2018. The project creates favorable conditions for starting a new and developing an existing IT business on the basis of a single innovation platform. Until 2030, it is planned to expand the infrastructure of the technology park, build new facilities, including a corporate university, a business incubator, innovation laboratories, and a convention center. The total exploited area by 2030 will be about 40 thousand square meters. m, the number of jobs is about 5 thousand.
