They plan to plant 4.5 thousand plants on the Gurzuf embankment

According to the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, the landscaping area will be 1,600 square meters.

We will add lower and middle tiers to the historically established green area with tall pines, albizia, olives and lush oleanders. We will create them using shrubs and perennial plants — cereal grasses, geraniums, roses, echinacea and evergreens — juniper, pine, yucca, lavandin, rosemary. In total we will plant 4.5 thousand units of plants, more than 20 species— the press service of the Yalta administration quotes Yanina Pavlenko.

Water will be supplied to the embankment to water the plants.

We are laying about 800 meters of main irrigation pipes, plus several kilometers of drip irrigation throughout the flower beds and clumpsnotes the head of the Yalta administration.

Before planting, Zelenstroy employees add a new fertile mixture for plants to the soil, and then decorate the flower beds with decorative filling — marble chips and tree bark. You will be able to admire the renewed green area very soon.
