In Yalta, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate brought to justice a driver who grossly violated traffic rules.
Users of the social network complained about the driver, who on March 29, 2024 at 07:53 in Yalta on the street. Kirov in the area of house 31, while driving a Chevrolet vehicle, grossly violated traffic rules by overtaking a car, while driving into the lane intended for oncoming traffic. Employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate conducted an inspection and identified the offender. He turned out to be a resident of St. Petersburg, born in 1992— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
Administrative material has been drawn up against the driver under Part 4 of Art. 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Driving in violation of the Traffic Rules onto a lane intended for oncoming traffic, or onto tram tracks in the opposite direction). The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 5 thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to six months.
