In 2024, the Republic of Crimea plans to commission about 1.3 million square meters, including about 316 thousand in apartment buildings. This was announced by the Head of the Republic of Crimea. Sergey Aksyonov noted that in the years since reunification with Russia, about 7.3 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in the republic.
At the same time, the total urban development potential of Crimea within the framework of the development of the Azov-Black Sea cluster until 2030 is 25 million square meters.the press service quotes the Head of the Republic.
In total, 100 projects for the construction of apartment buildings with a total of 1 million square meters of living space are currently being implemented in Crimea.
According to Sergei Aksyonov, the average provision of housing for the population of Crimea is currently lower than the national average, but there is a positive trend.
