Sergey Aksyonov noted that in the years since reunification with Russia, about 7.3 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in the republic.

In total, 100 projects for the construction of apartment buildings with a total of 1 million square meters of living space are currently being implemented in Crimea.
According to Sergei Aksyonov, the average provision of housing for the population of Crimea is currently lower than the national average, but there is a positive trend.
