This year in the Crimea, law enforcement officers have already solved seven murders of past years

In Crimea, the prosecutor’s office is carrying out systematic work aimed at coordinating the actions of law enforcement agencies to solve murders and other crimes of past years.

As a result of the implementation of certain operational and investigative measures, 7 crimes of past years were uncovered: three criminal cases have already been sent to court for consideration on the merits, four are in the final stage of investigation— reported in the prosecutor’s office of the Crimea.

In particular, as a result of work coordinated by the prosecutor’s office, the investigation of the criminal case on murder in 1999, a cadet of the police school, the suspect was identified, transferred from the Moscow region to Simferopol, investigative actions are being carried out with him.

The implementation by the prosecutor’s office of the authority to coordinate the actions of law enforcement officers to solve crimes of past years and bring to justice the perpetrators continues.

It should be noted that last year, as a result of the actions of law enforcement officers coordinated by the prosecutor’s office of Crimea, 8 murders of previous years were uncovered.
