Threats and pro-Ukrainian statements brought a resident of the Bakhchisaray district to a fine and arrest
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Threats and pro-Ukrainian statements, as well as disobedience to the police, turned a resident of the Bakhchisaray district into a maximum court punishment in the form of an administrative fine of 50 thousand rubles and administrative arrest for a period of 15 days. With regard to the offender, the Bakhchisaray District Court of the Republic of Crimea considered the materials of cases on administrative offenses and brought the perpetrator to administrative responsibility.
As established by the materials of cases on administrative offenses, a local resident, born in 1973, while at his place of residence, publicly expressed himself in words discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of Russia and its citizens. The man did not respond to the remarks of the neighbors. In addition, the offender, in the course of carrying out operational-search activities in his home, in every possible way prevented the police, tried to snatch and tear up the court order to conduct an ORM, provoked, pushed the officers out of the apartment. The man also did not respond to the repeated remarks of the policemen to stop illegal actions, — noted in the press service of the court.
In court, the man pleaded not guilty to the offenses.
At the same time, the court found that the guilt of the offender in committing administrative offenses was proven and qualified correctly under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation — public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, as well as under Part 1 of Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation — disobedience to the lawful demand of a police officer, in connection with the performance of his duties to protect public order and ensure public safety.
The resolutions have not entered into force.
