Three cases of attempting to the head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov were received by the court
Krympress reports:
Criminal cases against Vladimir Ananyev, Vladimir Bodnar and Oksana Shevchenko on the attempt on the head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov entered the Southern District Military Court— said the interlocutor of the agency.
According to investigators, in February 2022, a citizen of Ukraine, a criminal case against whom he was allocated in a separate proceeding, created an organized group to commit a terrorist attack in Crimea. The group included Bodnar and Shevchenko. They had to observe the routes and the movement of Aksenov’s official car to prepare and make an attempt on it. Later, Ananiev was recruited into the group.
From the Zaporizhzhya region, Bodnar transported a radio -controlled improvised explosive device, a transmitter and receiver, which were planned to be used for the explosion of the official car of the head of the Crimea. The defendants were hidden in the explosives in the previously leased Shevchenko garage box in Simferopol. They watched the route of the Aksenov movement with the help of a video surveillance camera installed in a non -residential room.
In early February 2024, they were detained by employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. In relation to the defendants, they initiated affairs under Part 1 of Art. 30, p. «B» of part 3 of article 205 of the Criminal Code (preparation for a terrorist act), Art. 222.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal acquisition, storage, carrying, transportation of explosives and explosive devices).
