Three citizens with prohibited substances were detained during a raid in Sevastopol

Last weekend, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate during the preventive raid “Night City” identified 18 violations of traffic rules of the Russian Federation, including drunk drivers, and also detained three citizens on grounds of violation of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
During the preventive measure, traffic inspectors compiled 5 administrative materials under Part 1 of Art. 12.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation — refusal to undergo a medical examination, and a protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 12.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation — driving a vehicle while intoxicated. Two drivers were driving vehicles without a license to drive a vehicle, one of them was deprived of this right and committed a violation under Part 4 of Art. 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, for which the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of 50 to 150 thousand rubles or compulsory work from 150 to 200 hours is provided,” noted the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol.
The total number of violations included: 2 facts of driving a vehicle that was not registered in the prescribed manner; 2 facts of failure to provide priority to pedestrians; 3 — for violating the rules for tinting the front side windows. Also, traffic inspectors drew up 2 protocols for non-compliance with the rules for transporting children and 1 protocol for damage to the railing.
The State Traffic Inspectorate of Sevastopol remindsthat for driving a vehicle by a driver who is intoxicated, an administrative fine is imposed in the amount of thirty thousand rubles with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of one and a half to two years.
