Three Crimean resort complexes joined the events of the National Project «Labor Productivity»

The fact that three resort complexes of Crimea have joined the events of the National Project «Labor Productivity» was announced by the Deputy Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Gulyuk within the framework of the strategic session «Sfera-PRO», dedicated to the issues of implementation of the national project, organized with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea.
Three resort complexes — the Foros sanatorium, the Mriya Resort & SPA, and the Riviera Sunrise Resort & SPA hotel in Crimea — have already joined this project, which will help enterprises improve the efficiency of their employees, introduce innovative technologies, and modernize their sanatorium and resort activities. Earlier, in March 2024, tourism enterprises were included in the support of the National Project «Labor Productivity». We are talking about hotels, health resort organizations, travel agencies and tour operators, parks of culture and recreation, etc. with an annual revenue of 180 million rubles.

As part of the national project, enterprises can use the expert support of the federal and network of regional competence centers in the field of labor productivity. Experts help to conduct an audit of workplaces, systematize the work of personnel, teach lean manufacturing methods, increase competitiveness by creating individual solutions for increasing labor productivity, reducing losses and thereby increasing the profit of the enterprise.
According to the Deputy Minister, an important component of this national project, as well as the National Project «Tourism and Hospitality Industry», is the reduction of the personnel shortage in the industry, the creation in Crimea of a corresponding competence center and an educational campus based on the Crimean Federal University, the training and retraining of personnel taking into account the growing needs of the industry.
