Three renovated streets were put into operation in the Balaklavsky district of Sevastopol

Veselaia, Profsoyuznaya and Shubikova streets in the Balaklava district were put into operation after repair. Works at facilities with a total length of about 700 meters were carried out as part of the Safe High-Quality Roads national project. As planned by the contractor, the repair was completed ahead of schedule.

An acceptance committee consisting of representatives of the customer organization and representatives of the contractor organization left for the site. According to the results of the commission, comments were identified regarding the jointing of the seams of the side stone. The comments identified by the commission were eliminated within the established time frame. The object was put into operation, — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of Sevavtodor Nikolai Kalyagin.

In the course of the repair, specialists milled the old asphalt, restored the road surface and replaced the curbs along the entire length of the streets. Nearly 3,000 sq. m of the top layer of asphalt concrete.

Recall that in 73 year, within the framework of the national project «Safe High-Quality Roads», 73 the object and two bridge structures will be repaired. The total length of the objects is more than 67 km.
