Three representatives of the Republic of Crimea — in the super final of the fifth “Leaders of Russia” competition

Three representatives of the Republic of Crimea reached the super final of the fifth “Leaders of Russia” competition. The next in-person finals of the fifth competition “Leaders of Russia” — the flagship project of the presidential platform “Russia is a land of opportunity” ended in Rostov-on-Don. In total, almost 12.5 thousand applications from the Southern Federal District and more than 1.5 thousand applications from new regions of the Russian Federation were submitted for participation in the fifth season.

The winners of the finals in Rostov-on-Don work in the fields of education, healthcare, information technology, industry, entrepreneurship, agriculture, sports, trade, transport and energy, as well as in municipal and public service.

Among the winners of the district finals of the Southern Federal District:

• Maxim Kriventsov, head of the department of pathological anatomy with a sectional course, dean of the dental faculty of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor of the Medical Institute of the Crimean Federal University, is participating in the “Leaders of Russia” competition for the second time. Maxim works in the system of higher medical education, where he and his team implement modern innovative phantom classes for medical students.
• Natalya Vistunova, deputy general director for strategy of the sanatorium and resort complex «Mriya Resort and SPA». Engaged in the development of tourism and hospitality in Russia, as well as education in this area.
• Daria Shumkina, Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance at a wine company. Daria is engaged in process automation.

The district finals of the “Leaders of Russia” competition in Rostov-on-Don began on November 24 with a social program. On this day, managers held master classes “Lessons in Leadership. Value Guidelines» for city schoolchildren, had interviews with major employers, received advice from experts from the recruitment agency ANO «Russia — the Land of Opportunities» and talked with participants of past seasons. On November 25 and 26, competitive tests were held: experts assessed how leaders show themselves in different management roles.

On the final day, the finalists communicated in an open dialogue format with the head of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev. The governor highly appreciated the work of his fellow countrymen at the regional stage of the competition. On his instructions, managers prepared proposals aimed at increasing the effectiveness of scientific research and development and their successful implementation into commercial circulation.

The finals of the anniversary competition “Leaders of Russia” were completed in six federal districts: Northwestern Federal District, Siberian Federal District, Ural Federal District, Far Eastern Federal District, Volga Federal District, North Caucasian Federal District. After Rostov-on-Don (Southern Federal District and new regions of the Russian Federation), face-to-face testing will continue in Moscow: on December 6-10, assessment events will be held by foreign participants on the same site with managers of the Central Federal District.

Based on the results of all district finals, 300 super finalists for the fifth season will be determined. The names of the winners of the anniversary management competition “Leaders of Russia” will become known in February 2024. All super finalists of the competition will receive a grant of 1 million rubles for training and the opportunity to work with mentors from among the country’s leading managers.”

Information: The “Leaders of Russia” management competition has been held since 2017 on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation. The fifth season of the project started in April 2023. Over the entire period, more than one million applications from 150 countries have been submitted to participate in the competition.
