Three young people will be tried in Alushta. Accused of committing robbery
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Alushta, the prosecutor’s office approved an indictment in a criminal case against three residents of the region. They are accused under Part 3 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (robbery committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, associated with illegal entry into a home).
According to investigators, in June 2023, one of the accused, being aware of the victim’s place of residence, his availability of money and expensive property, suggested that two accomplices attack him for the purpose of theft. Implementing a joint intent, one of the perpetrators delivered the accomplices to the crime scene, the other, proceeding to the victim’s apartment, putting on a mask and using an object similar to a pistol, illegally entered the home— said the prosecutor’s office.
Threatening violence, the man stole an expensive watch, a smartphone and a bank card, to which he had previously instructed the victim to transfer his funds from another bank account. After the attack, the perpetrators cashed out stolen funds in the amount of 145 thousand rubles from a bank account and divided the stolen goods among themselves.
The accused were detained by internal affairs officers.
With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Alushta City Court for consideration on the merits.
