To and from treatment: more than 300 people used coupons from the SFR Branch in Sevastopol for free travel

Free travel to and from the place of treatment is provided to federal beneficiaries who have not refused to receive a set of social services in kind. In 2024, the SFR Branch for Sevastopol issued 1,467 electronic coupons to 306 residents of the region. Sevastopol residents improved their health in the federal state medical centers of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Krasnodar and Kurgan.

Payment for intercity travel is included in the set of social services for people with disabilities, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, combatants, people affected by radiation and other categories of citizens. Citizens with disability group I and children with disabilities have the right to free travel to and from the place of treatment for the person accompanying them. Passengers who need a transfer on the road are issued several coupons.

To receive the benefit, you must submit a referral for treatment, coupon No. 2 (to be filled out by the city Department of Health) and an identity document to the SFR Branch for Sevastopol. You can submit an application and documents in your personal account on the State Services portal, at the client service of the regional branch of the fund or at the MFC.

Based on the coupon provided by the SFR Branch, the passenger can receive a free pass at the Russian Railways ticket office or independently issue a ticket on the carrier’s website. When registering online, the passenger indicates the route and date of departure, carriage and seat, and when the system offers to receive a ticket under the Social Fund benefit, he enters the electronic coupon number, passport data and SNILS.
