To help tourists, the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea is implementing the republican project «Hospitable Crimea». «Hospitable Crimea» is a republican comprehensive program of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea for guests of the peninsula, which includes the maximum support of a tourist, from the stage of making a decision about a trip to Crimea to getting to know the region and choosing a vacation spot.

The project is annually supplemented with new opportunities and services for guests and residents of Crimea.

It includes the main official tourism resource «Tourist portal Travel Crimea» with up-to-date information for those who are planning a trip to the peninsula or are already resting in the Crimea, Tourist Information Center of Crimea (TIC), which is located at the gas station in front of the Crimean bridge (the village of Taman, M-25, 26th kilometer, 2a). The center provides services of advising tourists about the sights of the peninsula, routes, transport, recommendations on accommodation options, distribution of free guides to resort towns and maps.

Also, tourists can receive round-the-clock free support of the Hotline of the Ministry of Resorts of the Republic of Crimea on the multi-channel phone number 8 800 511 80 18 and leave their feedback about the rest in the region online at Portal Crimean government.

In addition, questionnaires for tourists, where they can leave their feedback and suggestions for improving the service, can be filled out manually in accommodation facilities. The opinion about the rest on the peninsula allows us to make this work more effective.

The Ministry of Resorts and Tourism processes and analyzes the submitted questionnaires and reviews, forming «Portrait of a tourist» current season, which is then posted on the portal of the Government of the Republic of Crimea.

New for the 2023 season is online guide in telegram messenger. This is the “Hospitable Crimea” bot, with the help of which the guest can independently learn about the features of the resort regions of Crimea, beaches and hotels, mobile communications, banks, and transport. By subscribing to the Crimea Guide, you can get unique stickers created by Crimean artists as a gift.

In order for guests in hotels and resorts to learn more about the still unexplored places of the legendary peninsula in June 2023, a resort video channel «Hospitable Crimea».

Residents and guests of the peninsula, being in accommodation facilities, can see museums, palaces, mountains, bays and beaches, popular holiday destinations, as well as the tourist infrastructure of Crimea.

The project «Hospitable Crimea» is being implemented by the State Unitary Enterprise «Crimean Tourist Center», subordinated to the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea.
