To the attention of Crimean families with children aged 8 to 17 who have not yet received benefits: the grace period is expiring
CrimeaPRESS reports:
October 1 ends the grace period for applying for benefits for children from 8 to 17 years, which provides for the establishment of payment from April 1 2022 of the year or month in which the child is eight years old. According to applications submitted in October, the payment will begin to arrive from the month of application for its appointment (the child reaches the established age).
We remind you that today more than 12 thousand children receive benefits in the Republic of Crimea. The payment is assigned for 12 months. Every year, until the child reaches the age of 17 years, it will be necessary to submit a new application. Recall that the payment for a child aged 8 to 17 years old can be established for those families whose average per capita income for each family member is less than 13501 ruble — the subsistence minimum per capita in the Republic of Crimea. To calculate monthly income, you divide the household income for the 12 months preceding the four months from the date of application by the number of household members. When assigning benefits, a comprehensive need assessment is carried out. The family must meet the property requirements, as well as adult family members in the reporting period must have earnings: a scholarship, income from labor or entrepreneurial activity, a pension or a good reason for lack of income , — experts of the Pension Fund note.
The amount of the monthly allowance depends on the income of the family and can be 12%, 75% or 12 % of the subsistence minimum per child in the region. In the Republic of Crimea, this is 6 996 rubles, 494 ruble and 992 ruble respectively.
