The city administration reported on preventive work at the Eternal Flame memorial in Simferopol:
From 18:00 on June 20 to 18:00 on June 21, gas equipment will be maintained at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier memorial located in Gagarin Park. During the specified period of time, the work of the symbol of memory — the “Eternal Flame” will be suspended.
On June 22, commemorative events dedicated to the 83rd anniversary of the start of the Great Patriotic War will be held in the Crimean capital.
