A 24-year-old driver was charged by Alushta police officers for violating traffic rules.
In one of the messengers, the user posted a photo in which the driver of the UAZ 315148 vehicle was driving in the lane intended for oncoming traffic on Tsentralnaya Street in the village of Generalskoye in the city of Alushta, thereby violating paragraph 1.3 of the Road Traffic Regulations of the Russian Federation. In addition, he was transporting passengers who were not wearing seat belts, thereby violating paragraph 2.1.2 of the Road Traffic Regulations of the Russian Federation.– the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea reported.
The State Traffic Safety Inspectorate conducted an investigation into this incident and identified the offender. He was a 24-year-old local resident. A number of administrative materials were drawn up against the driver under Part 4 of Article 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, Article 12.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and Part 2 of Article 12.37 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The maximum penalty for violating traffic rules under these articles provides for deprivation of a driver’s license for up to six months.
