Traditional summer monitoring of beach areas has started in Crimea
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Employees of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism monitor the beaches on a weekly basis. The beaches of Big Alushta were the first to be checked this summer.
In total, 78 beaches have been announced for operation in the Alushta urban district, including about 50 beaches in the city of Alushta. During the trip, the beaches of the Eastern and Central embankments and the Professor’s Corner were examined. Bottom surveys were carried out on the beaches, and the work of rescue sailors was ensured.
The sanitary condition of the beaches is satisfactory. Changing cabins, awnings are installed, there is the necessary beach equipment, and trash bins for collecting garbage, which is removed regularly. Lifts for people with limited mobility have been put into operation on two beaches; the user was instructed to improve the access roads for wheelchairs to one of them— reported the Ministry of Resorts of the Republic of Crimea.
Comments also concerned the design of beach information stands: they should contain all relevant information about those responsible for the operation of the beach, telephone numbers of district police officers and the hotline of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea: 8 800 511-8018. There were also comments about the uniform of the rescue sailors.
