«Trails. Batilimana»: in Sevastopol they are preparing for opening a project of ecotourism

Krympress reports:

In August, the project «Trails. Batiliman» will work in test mode. The project unique for Sevastopol was first implemented in a specially protected natural area in strict accordance with the rules of protected areas and the Forest Code.

In June 2022, Delhi Khristo received for long -term lease two sections put up for auction under the arrangement of recreational activities in the Batiliman tract. In the first site, 34 comfortable eco-house are available to guests, people who rest in tents are located in the second site. Lessee also monitor this territory, remove, but no commercial activity is carried out on it. Access to the territory remains open. For all tourists who do not live in the hotel, a trail is provided for passing to other natural territories.

The project team made maximum efforts so that all the modules and communications are located taking into account the complex ecosystem of the territory: they used existing roads and paths, and if, when placing a module on the entrance or windows, a tree that blocked the entrance grew, then the structure was shifted so as not to affect this tree. Even before the start of work, Delhi Christ, implementing the project, carried out a fir -up setting, all plants counted and recorded. The modular non -capital means of placing guests are installed on the sites created by nature, without additional clearing the place.

The large Sevastopol path is 117 kilometers of direct routes and another 100 kilometers of secondary ones. On the other hand, there are practically no places of accommodation, except for several organized tent camps and, of course, this object will be a good help for those who go on a trip along the Bolshaya Sevastopol path for several days, but, of course, when the fire period does not operate and there are certain restrictions. Let me remind you that there is even an order of the president, which says that it is necessary to develop environmental tourism, but with a special care for nature and in our opinion — this is just such a very good combination. This is a plus for the economy of our region: so that the money for the placement of tourists does not go to neighboring regions,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, Deputy Governor Maria Litovko.

It is important to note that the territory is not excluded from the forest fund, is not subject to privatization and remains under the protection of the state. All conditions and restrictions are recorded in the lease, including the inadmissibility of the installation of capital fences. Traveling by car to the territory of eco-hotel is also prohibited, only specialized equipment is allowed. Access to all forest sections of the Batiliman tract is free.

This object is an example of creating a modern infrastructure for the placement of tourists in the forest, with a minimal environmental impact. Access to all forest sections of the Batiliman tract is free. The rights of citizens are not violated. All actions of Severodriannadzor and Foresteres are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation— said Julia Gavrilova, director of the Department of Natural Resources and Ecology.

The project team carried out a lot of work on cleaning the territory from garbage and pollution, equipped the territory with a video surveillance system and warning about fires. The sewage and water supply system is arranged in an open way without developing trenches, without harm to soil cover. Water is brought to each house, treatment facilities are comprehensively arranged, in which a wastewater pumping system is provided to the arrival tank and the waste of waste to the landfill. All this allows you to carefully and consciously use the unique natural potential and preserve the battaliman ecosystem.

The object will function year -round. The total area is 2.2 hectares. On the territory there are 34 modules for living two guests in each — designed for 64 people. All trees, including especially valuable ones, were taken into account and numbered. Examination was carried out with the participation of specialized organizations and environmental supervision. Control over the condition of green spaces is also carried out after the completion of construction work. We also clean the cleaning every day, collect and export garbage— said Mikhail Kostylev, director of the construction of Delhi Christ.

Reference: The project is implemented by Delhi Christo, which specializes in developing and investments in the territory of Sevastopol and Crimea. The managing company of the Eco-Hotel “Trails. Batiliman” is the M-Experts group, a professional player in the tourism services market. Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to support the development of modular hotels and allocate an additional 11 billion rubles for these purposes. He stated this, speaking at the PMEF-2023.
