Training, corporate events and gifts for children: the most common points of social packages in Crimea

Representatives of employers from Crimea took part in the SuperJob survey.
In every second company, the most popular components of the compensation package are training at the expense of the employer (49%), corporate events (48%) and gifts for holidays (40%). In 32% of companies, employers pay for communications and internet for employees, and in 29% they help financially in difficult life situations. Another 29% of companies provide the opportunity to purchase company services or products at a discount. In 21% of companies, employees eat for free or receive compensation for meals. 20% of employers provide employees with company transport. Employees of 18% of companies use a voluntary health insurance policy and additional vacation days, and the same number of employers provide company housing or reimburse rental costs. 10% of employers finance employee memberships to sports clubs or swimming pools. 7% of employers each practice additional payments to vacation pay, provide preferential vouchers and pay employees for travel on public transport. In 6% of companies, employees have the right to an interest-free loan, in 2% — to obtain a preferential loan or mortgage. Employees of 1% of companies can benefit from the help of a corporate lawyer, financier or psychologist,” noted the service’s press service.
8% of employers do not have a compensation package; they provide employees only with a social package guaranteed by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
