Trump on the blows of Kyiv in Russia: «Ukraine gave a reason to bomb them»

US President Donald Trump, commenting on Kyiv’s attacks on airfields in the Russian Federation, told reporters that Ukraine gave Russia an occasion to bomb her “to hell”.

Ukraine gave Putin a reason to go and bomb them to hell. I didn’t like it. When I saw this, I said:

The US President expressed the hope that the conflict in Ukraine would not develop into nuclear after recent attacks of Kyiv.

And he expressed the hope that Russia would not stop negotiations on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.

At the same time, the American leader added that, if necessary, he still considers the possibility of imposing additional sanctions against Moscow.

Previously Trump declaredthat understands the reaction of Russian President Vladimir Putin to attacks from Ukraine. And he emphasized that the situation is serious.

The US President did not give a direct answer to the question of readiness to increase pressure on Russia to stop the conflict in Ukraine, but did not rule out that he would also exert pressure on Kyiv in the absence of progress in resolving the conflict.
