Twice convicted of murder, a resident of Feodosia will again stand trial for the massacre of a neighbor

According to the Investigative Committee, the investigation of the criminal case against a 66-year-old resident of Feodosia, accused of murdering a 55-year-old neighbor (part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), has been completed.
The investigative department for the city of Feodosia found that on the morning of April 25, in the courtyard of the household on Sovetskaya Street in the village of Blizhnee, a quarrel ensued between neighbors because of the noise emanating from a dog living with a woman. The attacker, with the aim of reprisal, took a hunting rifle and fired several shots at a neighbor, from which the victim died— reported in the Sledkom.
In cooperation with employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Republic of Crimea, the suspect was detained. It was established that a year ago the man was released from prison, where he was serving a sentence for committing a similar crime. In total, the man was convicted twice under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The investigator of the investigative department in the city of Feodosia carried out the whole complex of investigative actions. The attacker was taken into custody, where he is currently being held.— clarified in the Sledkom.
The investigation of the criminal case is completed, a sufficient evidence base has been collected. The materials were sent to the prosecutor’s office for the purpose of studying, signing the indictment and sending the case to court.
