Two citizens of Central Asian countries became so “attached” to Crimea that they did not go home even by court decision

In the Bakhchisarai region, police migration service officers brought administrative charges against two foreigners who did not comply with the court decision on self-controlled departure from our country.
As part of the activities aimed at identifying and suppressing violations of migration legislation by citizens, two foreigners were brought to administrative responsibility by employees of the migration department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Bakhchisarai region. These individuals, citizens of Central Asian countries, maliciously avoided traveling outside the Russian Federation. Previously, police officers brought them to administrative responsibility under Part 1.1 of Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for violating the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The court decided on self-controlled departure of these citizens from our country. However, the foreigners did not comply with the court decision.
December 8 this year In relation to these persons, police officers compiled administrative materials under Part 3 of Art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (evasion of a foreign citizen or stateless person from the execution of an administrative penalty in the form of administrative deportation from the Russian Federation in the form of controlled independent departure from the Russian Federation),” the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea clarified.
According to the decision of the Bakhchisarai District Court, foreign citizens were subjected to forced expulsion from the Russian Federation with a corresponding ban on entry into Russia.
