Two Crimean nature reserves are closed to visitors
CrimeaPRESS reports:
From October 28, 2024 to March 31, 2025 in order to reduce the anthropogenic load on the natural complexes of state natural reserves of the State Natural Reserve [государственный природный заповедник] «Opuksky» and the gas processing plant «Kazantipsky» are closed for excursion visitsthe message says.
The directorate clarified that the closure period may be extended.
“Reserved Crimea” unites four state nature reserves — “Yalta Mountain-Forest”, the total length of tourist trails in which reaches 147 km, “Kazantipsky”, “Opuksky”, “Swan Islands” and three state natural reserves of federal significance “Karkinitsky”, “Small phyllophoric field” and “Kazantip sea”.
