Two documentaries about the Crimean War were shot in Yevpatoria
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Museum of the History of the Crimean War hosted the filming of two documentaries “Participation of Slavic peoples in the Crimean War of 1853-1856” and “Participation of small peoples of the peninsula in the Crimean War of 1853-1856”.
Documentary films are part of the project “Eastern War in the History of the Peoples of Crimea”, which is being implemented in 2023-2024 by the Crimean regional branch of the International Public Organization “Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society” with the support of the State Committee for Youth Policy of the Republic of Crimea.
The duration of the paintings will be 30-40 minutes, and by September they should be ready for display. They are planned to be broadcast on federal channels, including the interstate channel “Mir” and the Orthodox channel “Spas”.
Deputy Director for Research Lyudmila Dubinina took part in the filming and answered questions from the film crew about the events in Yevpatoria during the Crimean War and the assistance of the population of the Tauride province to the Russian army.
