Two drones conducted reconnaissance over the Black Sea, off the coast of Crimea. No matter how hostile, but still drove away

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The Russian Aerospace Forces recorded the flight of two drones MQ-9 «Reaper» and TB2 «Bayraktar», which conducted reconnaissance over the Black Sea. Off the coast of Crimea. In order to prevent a possible violation of the airspace of the Russian Federation, fighter jets were raised into the air.

On August 22, two unmanned aerial vehicles MQ-9 «Reaper» and TB2 «Bayraktar» were recorded flying over the Black Sea by means of controlling the airspace of the Russian Aerospace Forces, carrying out aerial reconnaissance in the area of the Crimean peninsula. In order to prevent a possible violation of the State Border of the Russian Federation and counteract the conduct of electronic intelligence UAVs, two Russian fighters from the air defense forces on duty were raised. As a result of the actions taken, the UAVs changed the direction of flight and left the areas of aerial reconnaissancereported in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

It is not officially named, but, presumably, these were American and Turkish drones operating under the auspices of NATO. These UAVs did not enter Russian airspace, but their “persistent attention” to the peninsula is suspicious and unpleasant. More than once, NATO air vehicles have become “gunners” for Ukrainian attacks in Crimea.
