Two men died in a fire in Yevpatoria

Investigators are conducting an investigation into the death of two residents of Yevpatoria in a fire.

The Main Investigation Department of the RF Investigative Committee for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol is conducting a procedural investigation into the death of two men aged 65 and 44 years as a result of a fire that occurred in Evpatoria.

On the night of January 29, emergency services received a report from residents of a garden community on Limestone Plant Street about a fire in a neighboring private household. After extinguishing the fire, the bodies of the owner of the house and his friend were found at the scene.— said the Investigative Committee.

The investigation department for the city of Evpatoria is currently continuing to inspect the territory, All necessary examinations have been appointed to establish the source and cause of the fire. Previously, the tragedy occurred due to careless handling of fire.
