Two participants of the “Professional Development” project from Crimea received invitations to internships

The results of the first season of the “Professional Development” project of the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities” have been summed up. More than 30 thousand people took part in the project, of which more than 40 were Crimeans. The “Career Development” project is being implemented within the framework of the federal project “Social Elevators for Everyone” of the national project “Education”.

The announcement of the results took place at a large-scale event as part of the educational program of the exhibition-forum «Russia», the general partner of which is the Russian Society «Knowledge», which included career consultations, a thematic quiz, interactive sessions with participants, winners and representatives of partner companies. On the same day, there were presentations by famous speakers who shared their own success stories and advice on overcoming the difficulties that everyone has to face at the beginning of their career path.

Employers reviewed about 7 thousand participants and conducted 811 interviews, as a result of which more than 150 invitations to internships were sent to candidates. Internships will take place from December 2023 to the end of March 2024.

In terms of the number of winners, the Republic of Crimea is among the top 7 regions with the largest number of participants selected for internships. Two Crimeans became the winners of the first season of “Professional Development”. Both participants were selected for the Mriya SCC. Student of KFU named after. V.I. Vernadsky — Alexandra Semiletova is expected as a reception and accommodation administrator, and a student at the Humanities and Pedagogical Academy of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education KFU named after. V.I. Vernadsky — Alexandra Denisenko for the position of junior specialist in the financial department.

In total, the project featured 244 internships from 100 partner employers.
