Two Simferopol residents are accused of mediation of bribery with illegal actions with a land plot

The main investigative department of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol opened a criminal case against two residents of Simferopol. The accomplices are accused of a proposal of mediation and mediation of bribery on a large scale (paragraph “b” of part 3 of article 291.1, part 5 of article 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The investigative department in the Central District of Simferopol established that in March of this year, familiar entrepreneurs turned to the owner of the land in Yalta, proposing to change its purpose, which allows further use for commercial purposes. The owner was to be transferred to the accomplices of 1.4 million rubles, allegedly addressed to officials of relevant departments. Agreeing with the conditions, the man transferred part of the indicated amount in the amount of 700 thousand rubles. The criminal activity of the defendants was suppressed when transferring funds during special affairs, conducted in interaction by the employees of regional departments of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs,-the press service of the department said.
The preliminary investigation body performs the necessary investigative actions aimed at collecting and fixing the evidence base. Land management documentation was taken, the necessary examinations are carried out.
All circumstances and possible persons involved in the criminal scheme are established.
