He recalled that the income declaration campaign is currently ongoing.
According to the most modest calculations, we have at least 70 thousand people shadow employment. And according to our estimates, about 200 thousand people do not pay from their wages in Crimea. He noted that many Crimean enterprises are trying to cunning and indicate a person’s employment by half a time or even a quarter.

And he added that the work will be carried out together with local authorities.
In agriculture: we believe that the main “gray” and “black” wages are in the industries of vegetable growing and gardening. Viticulture and grain are more or less located in «white»— called the head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the Crimea, lagging from the tax point of view the direction of one of the industries.
The tax authorities also announced in 2025 more thorough monitoring of the points of marketplaces that do not want to pay taxes properly.
