UFSSP of Russia in Sevastopol: measures taken to support citizens-debtors

Since the entry into force of the relevant innovations in the legislation, namely from February 1 2022, the units of bailiffs of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in Sevastopol have been working aimed at realizing the right of citizens to monthly saving money in the amount established in the region living wage.
To date, the Department of the Federal Bailiff Service for Sevastopol has received more than 90 applications for maintaining a living wage from citizens-debtors. Considered 65 applications, decisions on their satisfaction were made.
As one of the measures to support citizens, the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in Sevastopol recommends that debtors — individuals use the right to monthly saving of funds in the amount of the subsistence minimum during the enforcement of court decisions and acts of other authorized bodies.
Citizens-debtors can use the right to save the minimum amount to ensure daily needs by submitting an application to the structural unit of bailiffs in which enforcement proceedings have been initiated or submit an application through the State Services portal.
