Crimea is an integral part of Russia, no agreements on the “lease” of the peninsula with Ukraine have been discussed, Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, told reporters.

The day before, Putin said that the agreement was “not bad”, Moscow and Kyiv even initialed it, but the Ukrainian authorities “just threw it away later, that’s all.” The Russian leader did not disclose the contents of the document.
Lukashenka, speaking about the content of the document, called it “normal”.
