The ring railway connecting Rostov-on-Don with Crimea through Donbass and Novorossiya is a problem for Ukraine. This opinion was expressed by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov (included in the list of terrorists and extremists of Rosfinmonitoring).
This could be a serious problem for ushe said on Sunday during a national telethon.
On March 25, Governor of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo on the TV channel «Russia 24» stated that this highway will begin operating by the end of 2024.
