Unified manual: new requirements and opportunities for Sevastopol families

Krympress reports:

From January 1, 2025, to receive a monthly allowance in connection with the birth and upbringing of a child, the minimum income of each able -bodied family member should be at least four minimum wages (minimum wage). This year, the All -Russian minimum wage is 22,440 rubles. Thus, the income of each able -bodied family member, regardless of the form of employment, should be at least 89,760 rubles for 12 months.

The requirements for minimum income can be reduced if, within 10 months of the estimated period, the working -ative family member did not work for good reason. For example, a woman looked after a child up to 3 years old or a child with disabilities, or an elderly person over 80 years old, etc. But if an objective reason for the lack of income in the accounting period is less than 10 months, then the minimum income is counted in proportion to the months of work.

Another change in this year — with a comprehensive assessment of need, state payments to military personnel and members of their families, who were made to compensation for damage caused to life and health in connection with participation in hostilities are not taken into account. In addition, funds allocated from the federal budget for the repair of private houses of dead military personnel are not taken into account.

Also, according to the new rules, benefits can be reassigned if the child’s place of residence is determined by court. According to the law, if one of the parents already receives payments for the child, the re -appointment of the benefit is unacceptable. But in the event that the second parent has a court decision that the place of residence of the child is determined with him, then, at the request of this parent, the department of SSR in Sevastopol may stop paying the former spouse and appoint him to the parent with whom the child lives.
