Unused and deteriorating buildings in the village of Crimean Rose should be transferred to municipal ownership

In the village of Crimean Rose, the Head of the Republic drew attention to the unused and collapsing buildings belonging to the Federal State Budgetary Institution Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture of the Crimea. Based on the results of Sergei Aksenov’s conversation with the director of the institution, Vladimir Pashtetsky, the possibility of transferring abandoned buildings to the balance of the municipality will be considered.

Another pressing issue in the village is related to water supply — residents complain about poor-quality drinking water in the system. Sergei Aksyonov instructed to repair it, and the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Crimea to calculate the cost of organizing the heating of the building. The facility will be provided with air conditioning and windows will be replaced. The local library will be supplied with the required computer equipment and air conditioners for heating. In addition, the Head of Crimea instructed the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya to coordinate the placement of a post office in the building of a medical outpatient clinic.

In the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution «Kindergarten «Rozochka» it is necessary to tidy up the ebb and flow of the porch, and in the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution «Krymrozovskaya Secondary School» the facade needs to be repaired. The head of the republic ordered to first eliminate the emergency damage, and then draw up an estimate and plan the full scope of repair work for the future. The institution will also be provided with 15 laptops and 2 interactive whiteboards.

Then Sergey Aksyonov visited the village of Zuya, where he was dissatisfied with the quality of sanitary cleaning and cleaning. Within a week, the administration management needs to resolve this issue, including in terms of distributing the load between the janitors. The river beds flowing within the village must be cleared. Among other things, Sergei Aksyonov set the task for the administration of the Belogorsk district to prepare options for solving the problematic issue related to water supply and sanitation for each rural settlement.
