Users of the application “Government services. Home» became more than 30 thousand Crimeans

The mobile application «Gosuslugi.Dom» is a modern platform for solving all housing and communal services issues in one window. The app’s users have become more than 6 million Russians, including more than 31 thousand residents of the Republic of Crimea.

An application based on the Housing and Public Utilities GIS helps apartment owners manage their home from a mobile device: transfer readings, pay for housing and communal services, submit applications, vote at meetings, study plans for major repairs, monitor reports from the management organization, order verification of metering devices and insure the apartment.

The “Government Services.Home” application is updated regularly. In September, a collective application function was added, which allows you to submit applications to the management organization together with your neighbors.

By the end of the year, the developers plan to add the ability to use “Gosuslugi.Dom” for owners of individual residential buildings and launch a non-owner mode, which will allow tenants and relatives to resolve housing and communal services issues.

The digital solution is being developed by Information System Operator JSC with the support of the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia. The application is available for download in RuStore, AppStore, GooglePlay and AppGallery.
