Victim due to bridge collapse in Dzhankoy district remains in serious condition

The collapse of the bridge on the Dzhankoy — Maslovo road in Crimea occurred over the railway tracks at the Dzhankoy — Mamut stations on Wednesday evening as a result of the movement of an overloaded heavy truck. Investigators will assess the condition of the overpass to determine if it is dangerous. The republic’s prosecutor’s office is also conducting an investigation into the collapse of part of the bridge. Two people were injured, one of the victims refused hospitalization.
