Violated — answer, but got caught — didn't get caught, question ten. Incident on the Yalta-Sevastopol highway

On the social network, users complained about a driver who committed a gross violation of traffic rules on the Yalta-Sevastopol highway. As the traffic police clarified, the traffic violation was recorded on March 13.
The driver of the Mitsubishi L200 drove into the lane intended for oncoming traffic, thereby creating a risk for a possible accident. Employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate conducted an inspection and identified the offender. He turned out to be a resident of the Voronezh region, born in 1976.
Administrative material has been drawn up against the driver under Part 4 of Art. 12.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Driving in violation of the Traffic Rules onto a lane intended for oncoming traffic, or onto tram tracks in the opposite direction)— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 5 thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive a vehicle for up to six months.
