Violation and punishment. In Simferopol, the driver was held liable for flagrantly violating traffic rules

A video was published on one of the social networks, in which the driver of the Toyota Corolla grossly violated the traffic rules in Simferopol. The traffic police drew attention to the record and promptly searched for the offender.
It was established that on June 19, at 7:47 on the street. A rural driver on a two-way road, in violation of the requirements of road markings, crossed a solid line and made a left turn, thereby violating traffic rules. The State Traffic Inspectorate conducted an inspection and identified the violator. It turned out to be a 41-year-old resident of Primorsky Krai.
In relation to the violator, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up under Part 4 of Art. 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Violation of the rules for the location of a vehicle on the carriageway, oncoming passing or overtaking”)— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
Words of repentance are good, but violation is serious. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of five thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of four to six months.
